Critical Path Analysis
RCL can develop critical path evaluations to ensure no slippage by micro-managing specific tasks as necessary to support the overall project goals. RCL can ensure any bottlenecks from both supplier and clients are not constraining the project.

Risk Management
RCL can develop and instigate risk evaluations and ensure effective action plans are deployed to protect the project. Risk evaluations form the basis of good project management and will be developed and monitored by our engineering team.
